Ab dem 01.12.2022 suchen wir jemanden für unsere 3er WG in einer wunderschönen Wohnung in bester Lage. Das freie Zimmer ist das größte Zimmer in unserer Wohnung mit ca. 22m2 mit viel Licht und und zwei bodentiefen Fenstern. Das Herzstück der WG sind sowohl ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon und Gasgrill (ideal für die Sommerabende oder Glühweinabende), als auch eine große gemütliche Küche mit einem zweiten Balkon auf dem man morgens die Sonne genießen kann. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über ein großes Bad / Badewanne /Regendusche und ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC.
From 01.10.21 we are looking for someone for our 3-person shared apartment in a great apartment in a prime location. The vacant room is the largest room in our apartment with about 22m2 with lots of light. The heart of the WG is a large living room with a large balcony and gas grill (ideal for the summer or mulled wine evenings), as well as a large cozy kitchen with a second balcony where you can enjoy the sun in the morning. The apartment also has a large bathroom / bath / rain shower and an additional guest toilet.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Maxvorstadt hinter der Neuen Pinakothek, ca. 6min von der U-Bahn Theresien Straße entfernt. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es reichlich Bars, Cafés und Läden (Schelling- und Türkenstraße), der Englische Garten ist ca. 15min Fußweg entfernt.
The apartment is located in the middle of Maxvorstadt behind the Neue Pinakothek, about 6min from the subway Theresien Straße. Right around the corner there are plenty of bars, cafes and stores (Schelling- and Türkenstraße), the English Garden is about 15min walking distance.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Moritz und Eva. Wir sind beide mal im Office, mal zu Hause zum Arbeiten oder beim Kunden Vorort (Moritz arbeitet als Projektleiter, Eva in der Beratung). Wir kochen gerne zusammen (gerne auch mit einem Glas Wein ;-)), schauen ab und an mal Filme und haben grundsätzlich eine offene Tür für Freunde und co. Da unser dritter Mitbewohner wieder zurück in die Heimat in die UK zieht, suchen wir einen würdigen Nachfolger.
