Looking for a 1 room apt with own kitchen and own bathroom

I´m looking for a 1 room flat. I am a non smoker, non drinker, and calm person. I promise to take care of your apartment/room/house. I am a student and only want a room with an own kitchen and own bathroom. I don´t care if it´s furnished or unfurnished, although I would prefer furnished.

Ich suche eine 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Ich bin Nichtraucher, Nichttrinker und ruhiger Mensch. Ich verspreche, mich um Ihre Wohnung / Ihr Zimmer / Ihr Haus zu kümmern. Ich bin Student und möchte nur ein Zimmer mit eigener Küche und eigenem Bad. Es ist mir egal, ob es möbliert oder unmöbliert ist, obwohl ich es lieber möbliert hätte.
