Hallo zusammen!

Wir suchen eine:n Zwischenmieter:in vom 01. März bis 30. April für unser gemütliches WG-Zimmer in Mülheim.
Das 10 sq m Zimmer ist möbiliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Regalen und Kommode. Der Raum ist lichtdurchflutet und das Fenster mit Blick auf die Straße ist mit einem Rollladen ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss neben der Küche, an die sich eine hübsche Terrasse mit Sofa und ein kleiner Garten anschließt. Im ersten und zweiten Stock befinden sich die Zimmer der anderen WG Mitbewohner:innen, sowie jeweils ein Badezimmer.
Der Keller bietet viel Stauraum (z.B. für Fahrräder) und außerdem eine Speisekammer.
Die Lage ist sehr gut angebunden durch den Bahnhof Mülheim und den Wienerplatz, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch Rewe, Netto, Apotheken usw. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Unsere WG besteht aus Milena, Sebastian und Marius und wir leben schon seit einiger Zeit zusammen. Wir sprechen deutsch und englisch. Wir sitzen gern zusammen, zum Essen oder zum Quatschen, aber man hat auch immer die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen. Bei uns wohnt auch unsere Katze Minka, die uns hin und wieder mit ihrer Anwesenheit beehrt. Sie ist etwas hochnäsig aber wir lieben sie abgöttisch, daher wäre es uns wichtig, dass du kein Problem mit Katzen hast und nicht allergisch bist.

Cosy, 10 sq metre room in Mulheim is available for subletting from the 1st of March till the 30th of April.
The room is furnished with bedding, cupboards, shelves and a study table for a more comfortable experience, it overlooks the street and is brightly lit during day time. The room is on the ground floor next to the kitchen further gaining access to the terrace and a beautiful garden.
The house is a 2-storey building with bathrooms on the first floor and second floor, accessible to all!
The room is destined to provide an amazing cosy space for both summer and winter months and comes with an insulated shutter for the window for extra precaution.
There is plenty of storage space in the basement alongside the pantry.

The location of the house gives the vantage point. Most services are available in a 20m radius. The train station is easily reachable on foot by 3 mins walk (Line 13 and 18).
Mulheim Wiener platz station in 6 mins.
Rewe, Netto, and Apotheke won't take longer than 5 mins from the location. Even though the street is parallel to the busy main street, the neighbourhood stays oblivious to the hustle and noise.

The present tenants living are Milena, Sebastian and Marius have been sharing this common space for quite some time and speak German and English. They are comfortable and super fun to hang out with if you wish to withdraw from a turbulent day. Additionally, we have a house cat, Minka who bosses around and calls the WG her home (sometimes). We would be glad if you would be kind to her and make sure you're not allergic.
