Our centrally located house currently holds nearly 30 residents and houses several non-profit associations. We are a habiTAT project and live here for self-managed rent. With our rental payments, we finance, among other things, loans for house purchase and maintenance. As a member of the habiTAT, our house will be permanently in collective self-government and is removed from the real estate market. More on willy-fred.org!
With your move you will also become part of the house group and therefore have a lot more roommates. You should like to visit the plenary every two weeks and want to participate in the self-government and the related work.
A room is now free in the 3 WG. The beautiful and sunny apartment has spacious common areas and has a total of 117m2. Your room is L-shaped, about 22m2 tall, bright with location to the street side. The rental currently includes operating costs, electricity, gas, internet € 425.-.
As a member of the house group you will also have the many common rooms of the house. We have, among others, a fully equipped workshop, an event hall in the basement, a sample room, a restaurant, a beautiful courtyard, a living/guest room and a sauna. We'll share a cargo bike and a truck trailer. In the house there is a Kostnix store and the distribution stations of a foodcoop and a solidar agriculture.

We are 24 people who live in different flats in our collective house. We decide on all activities upcoming together and meet every 2 weeks in community meetings. In addition, various tasks in and around the house project are carried out in teams.

Unser zentral gelegenes Haus fasst derzeit knapp 30 Bewohner*innen und beherbergt mehrere gemeinnützige Vereine. Wir sind ein habiTAT-Projekt und wohnen hier zur selbstverwalteten Miete. Mit unseren Mietzahlungen werden unter anderem die Kredite für den Hauskauf und der Unterhalt des Hauses finanziert. Als Mitglied des habiTAT wird unser Haus dauerhaft in kollektiver Selbstverwaltung sein und ist dem Immobilienmarkt entzogen. Mehr dazu auf willy-fred.org!
Mit deinem Einzug wirst du auch Teil der Hausgruppe und hast daher eigentlich sehr viel mehr Mitbewohner*innen. Du solltest Lust darauf haben, das alle zwei Wochen stattfindende Plenum zu besuchen und dich an der Selbstverwaltung und den dazugehörigen Arbeiten beteiligen wollen.
In der 3er-WG wird nun ein Zimmer frei. Die schöne und sonnige Wohnung verfügt über großzügige Gemeinschaftsflächen und hat insgesamt 117m². Dein Zimmer ist L-förmig, ca. 22m² groß, hell mit Lage zur Straßenseite. Die Miete beträgt aktuell inkl. Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas, Internet € 425.-.
Als Mitglied der Hausgruppe stehen dir auch die vielen Gemeinschaftsräume des Hauses zur Verfügung. Wir haben u.a. eine vollausgerüstete Werkstatt, ein Veranstaltungslokal im Keller, einen Proberaum, ein Gassenlokal, einen schönen Innenhof, ein Wohn-/Gästezimmer und eine Sauna. Wir teilen uns ein Lastenrad und einen Lastenanhänger. Im Haus befinden sich ein Kostnix-Laden und die Verteilstationen einer Foodcoop und einer Solidarischen Landwirtschaft.

The building is centrally located, not a five-minute walk from the main square. The public connection is very good. The main square or pigeon market is located on the central tram axis, the train station can be reached by bike in just ten minutes. The bus stop “Untere Donaulände” with regional buses towards Mühlviertel is also a 5-minute walk away. As well as all facilities of daily need are within walking distance. The WG is on the third floor of the building.
Das Gebäude befindet sich in zentraler Lage, keine fünf Gehminuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist sehr gut. Hauptplatz oder Taubenmarkt liegen an der zentralen Straßenbahnachse, der Bahnhof ist mit dem Rad in gut zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Bushaltestelle „Untere Donaulände“ mit Regionalbussen Richtung Mühlviertel sind es ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten. So gut wie alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die WG ist im dritten Stock des Gebäudes.
Stay in the apartment except you Basti (30) and Tobias (42). We like to buy food together, cook mostly vegetarian, do something with each other and place value on open communication.
In der Wohnung wohnen außer dir Basti (30) und Tobias (42). Wir kaufen Lebensmittel gerne gemeinsam ein, kochen größtenteils vegetarisch, unternehmen auch gerne mal was miteinander und legen Wert auf offene Kommunikation.
