My apartment has one room available for the mentioned period, very well suited for travellers or people on a work trip. The flat is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and you can use the kitchen freely. There is also a small balcony and dining space. The room has one large queen size bed with a working table and a window with lots of sunlight. The room is separated from other rooms The kitchen is equipped with a big refrigerator, high-quality inductive stoves, oven, and dishwasher.

Date for staying is flexible. There is discount for one who stays the whole period.
It only takes 2 mins walking distance to the Bus station, 8 minutes to Netto and Edeka.
There is a bus line that takes you directly to Central Station in just 20 minutes.
There is a big park nearby and just a few hundred metersaway from the river which give many opportunities for leisure activities.
I work during the day, sometimes in the office, sometimes at home so I need the flat to be rather quiet during the normal working hours. But it shouldn't be a problem.
Using the kitchen after midnight is not recommended, but still possible if you tell me.
Preferably for one person and female. If you are a couple, or two friends then it would require additional charge.
Since the flat is fully furnished, a small deposit would be required if any damage happens. This will be paid on the first day of moving in and returned to you at check out if everything is fine.
