Die Warmmiete beträgt 450€ und noch 13€ fürs Internet, das wars dann schon. Super nette Hausgemeinschaft, im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine. Unten im Hof gibt es noch eine kleine Terrasse mit Bank und und Sonnenschirm, die du gerne nutzen kannst. Highlight ist auf alle Fälle die Aussicht und die kleine Dachnische, die man super als "Gästezimmer" nutzen kann. Vom Bad habe ich leider keine Fotos, das ist aber auch schön modern gehalten in weiß und grau und besitzt auch zwei Dachfenster.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. In 5 min ist man am Marktplatz. Ideal Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
