Das Zimmer hat 23 qm und ist teilmöbiliert (Matratze ist vorhanden, Bett fehlt allerdings). Schrank ist vorhanden. Außerdem hat das Zimmer Zugang zu dem schönen Balkon der Wohnung, von dem man Blick in der Gemeinschaftgarten des Grundstücks hat.
Das Mietverhältnis ist auf ca. 2 Monate beschränkt und es ist leider keine Anmeldung möglich.
The room has 23 square meters and a balcony looking out towards the shared garden area. The rental period is around 2 months and no Anmeldung is possible at the moment.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden, man ist innerhalb 10 Gehminuten sowohl an der S Bahn Wollankstraße als auch S + U Pankow, aber auch innerhalb von 2 Minuten bei Bus- und Tramhaltestellen mit denen man zB schnell nach Prenzlauer Berg kommt.
Wie schon erwähnt hat das Haus hinten einen großen Gemeinschaftgarten (siehe Fotos), und auch der Hof vorne hat eine schöne Grünfläche. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich.
Great connection to S Wollankstraße and S + U Pankow (both 10 min walk) as well as to buses and the team (2 min walk), which take you for instance to Prenzlauer Berg.
Ihr würdet mit mir, Sage (er/ihm), in der WG zusammen wohnen. Ich wohne seit August 21 in dem großen Zimmer. Ich bin Psychologe und arbeite zurzeit in Stuttgart, wo ich ca. 2 Mal im Monat für ein paar Tage hinpendel.
Auch wenn wir nicht lange zusammen wohnen würden, würde ich mich freuen, mit jemandem zu leben mit dem ich mich gut verstehe und wir gerne auch Zeit zusammen verbringen könnten.
