Wg Zimmer für Dezember und Januar in Friedrichshain. 300€ Miete warm, alles inklusive (Internet, Strom etc.). Einzug ab sofort.
Dafür können wir leider keine Anmeldung anbieten.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Kommode, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl).
Das Zimmer liegt direkt an der Station Frankfurter Allee, also S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Tram sind innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreichbar.
Momentan befindet sich unsere Wg etwas in der Übergangsphase, deshalb auch bis Ende Januar befristet. Du wirst 3 Mitbewohner haben, von denen aber nur Thu oft in der Wohnung ist. Mit ihr kann man sich immer gut in der Küche treffen und etwas quatschen :)
Ansonsten wohnt noch Feli in der wg, sie wohnt aber eigentlich bei ihrem Freund ist dementsprechend so gut wie nie da. Was du noch wissen solltest ist, dass der eigentliche Besitzer der Wohnung momentan auch noch bei uns wohnt, ihm läuft man manchmal in der Küche über den Weg aber ist auch wirklich nett!
Bitte schreibe uns nur, wenn der frühe einzugstermin für dich in Ordnung ist und du noch vor dem 28.11. zur Besichtigung entweder vorbeikommen könntest oder alternativ wäre das auch über Skype möglich. Bitte fang deine Nachricht mit „berlino“ an, wenn du alles gelesen hast :)
