The room is part of a big sharedhouse in Saumenweg. The room is furnished (bed, sofa, desk, cupboard). Plus, you will have your own furnished Kitchen (Oven, hot plate, fridge) and you own bathroom. From your room you will have access to your big balcony to enjoy it in sunny days. (South side). You can also enjoy the shared garden or even plant your own vegetables.
The room is ideal for weekend commuters or for short time stay (min 3 months)
PS: 2 cats are living in the house. If you have any allergy the room is not convenient for you.

Dieses Zimmer, in der schönen und ruhigen Lage am Killesberg, wird ab dem 01.01.2022 frei.
Das Zimmer gehört einer Wohngemeinschaft in einem großen Haus auf dem Saumweg. Ist möbliert mit Bett, sofa und Schreibtisch. Zum Zimmer gehört eine eigene voll ausgestattete Küche (Ofen, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank) und das eigene Bad. Vom Zimmer kann man zum eigenen Balkon die sonnigen Tage der Südseite genießen. zum Haus gehört ein Garten was zum geniessen von warmen Sommerabende mitgenutzt werden kann oder sogar um eigene Pflanzen mit absprache einzubauen.
Das Zimmer ist für Wochenendpendler oder für Kurzfristige Aufenthalte (min 3 Monate) sehr gut geeignet.
PS: in dem Haus leben 2 Katzen. Die Wohnung ist für Katzenallergiker nicht gut geeignet.
The house is situated in Stuttgart Nord in Killesberg. Located just 10-15 min from the city center with the bus line 44/43 or with U-Bahn U15. Just 5 min by walk you will find groceries shops (Edeka, Aldi, Alnatura), Dm, Restaurants, Bakery, etc. For joggers and nature lovers you can enjoy the big Höhenpark of Killesberg.

Das Zimmer liegt in Stuttgart Nord am Killesberg. Nur 10-15min vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Buslinien 44/43 und die U-Bahn Linie U15 sind fußläufig entfernt. Ein paar Metern entfernt von dem Hause sind verschiedene Lebensmittelläden (Edeka, Aldi, Alnatura), DM, Bäckerein, Kaffees, Restaurants, etc. Für Spaziergänge und zum Joggen ist der schöne Höhenpark vom Killesberg nur ein Paar Minuten entfernt.
