unsere WG sucht zum 01.07.2023 eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß, mit zwei Fenstern, zwei Einbauschränken und einem fest installierten Hochbett.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 117 qm groß, mit geräumigem Wohnzimmer, einer gemütlichen Küche
mit Essecke, Bad (mit Fenster und Badewanne), Gäste-WC, kleinem Balkon, Kellerraum,
Gartennutzung und Fahrradunterstellplatz im Innenhof.
Ausgestattet sind wir zudem mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine, DSL, W-LAN, uvm.
Die Vorhänge müssten für 60 € übernommen werden. Außerdem können, falls gewünscht, gegen einen geringen Abschlag der Schreibtisch (60€), ein Beistelltisch (30€) sowie ein neuwertiges Schlafsofa (250€) übernommen werden.
Lage
Die Altbauwohnung befindet sich am Rande der Südstadt / Nähe Marienstraße, mit vielen
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés und der U-Bahn Haltestelle in der Nähe
(Braunschweiger Platz).
Die Innenstadt ist knapp 15 min zu Fuß entfernt.
WG-Leben
Wir, Daniela (34), Mostafa (37) und Raylenni (33) sind alle schon berufstätig und suchen vielleicht genau
dich für unsere entspannte 4er WG.
Wir sitzen gerne in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer zusammen, respektieren es aber genauso, wenn man einfach seine Ruhe haben möchte.

our flat share is looking for a new flatmate (female or male) from 01.07.2023!
The room is about 14 sqm, with two windows, two built-in wardrobes and a fixed loft bed.
The flat is 117 sqm in total, with a spacious living room, a cosy kitchen
with dining area, bathroom (with window and bathtub), guest toilet, small balcony, cellar room,
garden use and bicycle parking space in the courtyard.
We are also equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, DSL, WiFi, etc.
The curtains would have to be taken over for € 60. In addition, if desired, the desk (60€), a side table (30€) and a (as good as) new sofa bed (250€) can be taken over for a small discount.
Location
The old building flat is located on the edge of the Südstadt / near Marienstraße, with many
shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés and an U-Bahn station nearby
(Braunschweiger Platz).
The city centre is just 15 minutes away by foot.
Flat share life
We, Daniela (34, engineer), Mostafa (37, engineer) and Raylenni (34, real estate management assistant) are all already working and are looking for maybe exactly you for our relaxed 4-person flat share.
