Hello, Hi! I'm leaving my room at Derendinger StraBe 104. from 15th February . Viewings can are online because of a Covid-19 case in the flat (Wednesday 19th, Friday 21 or the weekend). The room which I fully furnished (i.e., most of the furniture will stay -bed, mattress, night table, 'sofa', komoda, desktop, clothes hanger, and table next to desktop-) is 14m2 + a private balcony (also furnished) of 3m2, so a total of 17m2. It's a quite bright room that counts with two heaters so you wouldn't have problems with the cold. The house common areas are (2nd floor) a toilet, a bathroom, kitchen and living room, which we clean every week following a rotation schedule. The house also counts with a back garden. The atmosphere is awesome in the building.
Moreover, the house is well located (Derendinger StraBe 104) , 3 minutes by bike from Aldi and DM, 5-7 minutes by bike to Neckar-Brücke and 10 minutes by bike to Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl and McFit Gym, so you have everything quite close.
You would share this international WG (English or german speaking) with Leona (DE), Tom (UK) and Przemek (PO). Leona and Tom study the same Master in Public Policy and Social Change. They are friendly, easy-going and open-minded people who are always happy to have a chat, some drinks or dinner. Przemek is doing his PhD in Biochemistry, so he spends a lot of time writing in his room, however, he's always happy to give you a hand in whatever you need and have a chill talk with a tea. We are looking for a person who is sociable, respectful with each others' privacy, clean, and ready to have a really good time in the WG.
About the Rent:
- Fixed Costs: 380€ monthly that you would have to transfer me at least 5 days before the start of each month so I can transfer them to the landlord before the 1st of each month.
- Variable Costs (electricity, water, internet, tv fee): They are around 30-40€ monthly. Each of the flatmates has under his name one bill, so every 2 months more or less the bills' costs are divided and re-pay each other, as you will see in the WhatsApp group.
- Furniture Price: All my newly bought furniture will remain in the room, then I charge a 1-time payment of 270€ for all the furniture you see in the pictures.
