Da ich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, biete ich für die Zeit meine geliebte 1-Zimmer Wohnung mitten im Lehel vom 25.04.-16.10. an.
Lagetechnisch kann es nicht besser sein: geht man 2 Minuten Richtung Norden, ist man direkt am Englischen Garten und der Eisbachwelle, 5 Minuten nach Osten ist die Isar, 5 Minuten nach Westen der Hofgarten.
Trotzdem ist es total ruhig und man kann im Sommer noch mit offenem Fenster schlafen :)
Da ich die gesamte Zeit über Bett und Möbel in München lasse, ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass du damit sorgfältig umgehst!
