We are a 3 WG looking for the third in the covenant, now another nice person. The two rooms are free from 01.06.2025, but they can also be purchased beforehand.

There are two unrenovated rooms with a total of 37m2 of own living space, divided into 2 rooms (1 large room with roof slopes and 1 small room). The large room with 25m2 is located directly above the garages and is currently used as a bedroom/living room. Since it borders the neighboring house with only one side wall, louder film evenings are no problem at all. On the other hand, it is also excellent for quiet learning. Also very pleasant: Through the gardens the next houses are a good piece far away, the slanted roof windows give the room additional privacy. The two rooms also include the garage for your car and the parking space before. We use the garage at the moment to park our bikes.

Via a treppy it goes into the small pre-space of 11m2, which then in turn connects to the rest of the apartment. It is especially suitable for placing shelves or large cabinets, which do not find space in the large room due to the roof bevels. As you want to set up, of course, you are left. There are no limits to your creativity in sharing the two rooms.

A big plus point of the rooms is that you have direct access to the spacious balcony. There we have a table and chairs as well as a heater for cold days or when it gets fresh in the evening. The balcony is perfect for relaxing after a hard/exciting day, as you, except for nature, (almost) hear nothing else. The large kitchen is also fully equipped, including 2 refrigerators. Here there are no fixed times, who cooks when, this is simply natural. And there's enough room for 2 chefs.

The bathroom has 2 sinks, a shower, a toilet and a large bathtub. A guest toilet also offers the apartment, so a toilet should always be free in emergency ;-) We have just got into our morning routine, but it will be adjusted together with you. Simon is also almost completely in the Home Office, so you just have to talk to Tobias - depending on when you need to get out of the house. Washing machine and dryer in the WG (without coin slot!) are located in the laundry room of the house. There is also a basement for storing your Hab and Guts.

One of our flatmates is leaving our cosy flatshare arrangement and we are now looking for another nice person to move in with the 2 of us. The place is available from 01.07.2025 (or possibly earlier) and ready to move in.

You can expect two unrenovated rooms with a total of 46m2 of living space, divided into 2 rooms (1 large room with sloping ceilings and 1 small room). The large room with 35m2 is located directly above the garages and is currently used as a bedroom/living room. As it is only adjacent to the exposed house with one side wall, noisy film evenings are no problem at all. So very pleasant: the gardens mean that the meals are a good distance away and the sloping skylights give the room additional privacy.

A small staircase leads to the small 11m2 anteroom, which in turn connects to the rest of the flat. It is particularly suitable for placing shelves or largeboards, which have no space in the large room due to the sloping roof. Of course, it's up to you how you want to furnish the room. There are no limits to your creativity when it comes to the layout of the two rooms.

Wir sind eine 3er WG, die nach dem Auszug des dritten im Bunde, nun eine weitere nette Person suchen. Die beiden Zimmer sind ab 01.06.2025 frei, aber sie können auch bereits vorher bezogen werden.

Dich erwarten zwei unrenovierte Zimmer mit insgesamt 37m² eigener Wohnfläche, aufgeteilt auf 2 Zimmer (1 großes Zimmer mit Dachschrägen und 1 kleines Zimmer). Das große Zimmer mit 25m² befindet sich direkt über den Garagen und wird derzeit als Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer genutzt. Da es nur mit einer Seitenwand an das Nachbarhaus angrenzt, sind lautere Filmabende überhaupt kein Problem. Andersherum eignet es sich aber auch hervorragend zum ruhigen Lernen. Ebenfalls sehr angenehm: Durch die Gärten sind die nächsten Häuser ein gutes Stück weit weg, die schrägen Dachfenster geben dem Raum zusätzlich Privatsphäre. Zu den zwei Zimmern gehört auch die Garage für Dein Auto und der Stellplatz davor. Die Garage nutzen wir im Moment zum Abstellen unserer Fahrräder.

Über ein Treppchen geht es in den kleinen Vorraum von 11m², der dann wiederum an den Rest der Wohnung anschließt. Er eignet sich insbesondere zum Aufstellen von Regalen oder großen Schränken, die aufgrund der Dachschrägen keinen Platz im großen Zimmer finden. Wie Du Dich einrichten möchtest, bleibt aber natürlich Dir überlassen. Deiner Kreativität bei der Aufteilung der beiden Räume sind keine Grenzen gesetzt.

Ein großer Pluspunkt der Zimmer ist, dass Du direkten Zugang auf den geräumigen Balkon hast. Dort haben wir einen Tisch und Stühle sowie ein Heizgerät für kalte Tage oder wenn es abends mal frisch wird. Der Balkon eignet sich perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem harten / aufregenden Tag, da Du, bis auf die Natur, (fast) nichts anderes hörst. Die große Küche ist außerdem voll ausgestattet, inklusive 2 Kühlschränken. Hier gibt es keine festen Zeiten, wer wann kocht, das ergibt sich einfach natürlich. Und es ist auch genug Platz für 2 Köche.

Das Badezimmer verfügt über 2 Waschbecken, eine Dusche, ein WC sowie eine große Badewanne. Ein Gäste-WC bietet die Wohnung ebenfalls, ein Klo sollte also auch im Notfall immer frei sein ;-) Wir haben uns momentan in unsere morgendliche Routine eingegroovt, die dann aber gemeinsam mit dir wieder angepasst wird. Simon ist zudem fast vollständig im Home Office, sodass Du dich quasi nur mit Tobias absprechen musst - je nachdem, wann Du aus dem Haus musst natürlich. Waschmaschine und Trockner im WG-Besitz (ohne Münzschlitz!) befinden sich im Waschraum des Hauses. Ein Keller zur Lagerung Deines Hab und Guts ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
