Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in meiner 2er-WG in Neukölln möbliert im Zeitraum 17.03.-12.04.2024. Die Miete beträgt für den gesamten Zeitraum
600€ (zzgl. Heizkosten nach Verbrauch). Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG des Vorderhauses gelegen und daher sehr hell. In dem ca. 18 qm großen Zimmer mit Holzdielen und hohen Decken befindet sich ein 1,60m breites Doppelbett ein Schreibtisch und ein Rohr-Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon. Die Küche ist neben einem Hochtisch und einer EBK mit einer Spülmaschine und einem großen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das große Wannenbad verfügt über große Fenster, die viel Licht spenden.

I rent my room in my shared apartment in Neukölln furnished in the period March 27 - April 12. The rent for the whole period is 600€ (plus heating depending on your consumption). The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the front building and therefore very bright. In the approx 18 sqm room with wooden floorboards and high ceilings is a 1.60m wide double bed a desk and a tube closet. The room has a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a large refrigerator in addition to a high table and a kitchen. The large bathroom with tub has large windows that provide a lot of light.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig und doch zentral innerhalb des Berliner S-Bahnrings gelegen. 7 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich die Station Hermannstraße, wo verschiedene S-Bahnen sowie die U8 fahren. Hier befindet sich auch das Hermannquartier mit Rewe, Netto, dm, Bäcker etc. Ebenfalls 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt in die andere Richtung befindet sich das beliebte Tempelhofer Feld, wo man schön spazieren, joggen und skaten kann. Die Nachbarschaft im Haus ist in der Regel ruhig, sodass man gut im Homeoffice arbeiten kann.

The apartment is quiet and yet centrally located within the Berlin S-Bahn ring. 7 minutes walk is the station Hermannstraße, where various S-Bahns as well as the U8. Here is also the Hermannquartier with Rewe, Netto, dm, bakery, pharmacy, etc.. Also 5-10 minutes walk away in the other direction is the popular Tempelhofer Feld, where you can walk, jog and skate beautifully. The neighborhood in the house is generally quiet, so you can work well in the home office.

Ich setze einen pfleglichen Umgang mit meinen Sachen voraus und wünsche mir, dass das Zimmer sauber hinterlassen wird. Haustiere sind erlaubt. Hinweis für Allergiker:innen: In der Wohnung lebt normalerweise ein Hund. Nicht, wenn das Zimmer vermietet ist, jedoch können noch hier und da Haare in der Wohnung sein.

I provide bed linen and towels and will clean the apartment before my departure. I expect my belongings to be treated with care and I would like the room to be left clean. Pets are allowed. Note for allergy sufferers: there is usually a dog living in the apartment. Not when the room is rented, however, there may still be hair here and there in the apartment.
