Zwischenmiete 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Ruhelage in der Nussdorfer Straße.

Wegen eines großen Projekts in einer anderen Stadt vermiete ich meine Einzimmerwohnung unter. Die kleine, aber sehr gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in Bezirk 9, mit einer ausgezeichneten Lage.

Die Straßenbahnlinien 37 und 38 fahren direkt unter dem Haus vorbei, die Buslinie 40A und die Straßenbahnlinie 5 sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. 7 Minuten Fußweg zur Straßenbahnlinie D, 1, 33 und zur U-Bahnlinie U4.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist also hervorragend.

Auch in der Nähe der Wohnung finden Sie alle notwendigen Geschäfte. Billa, Bipa, Spar, Hofer, Bäckereien, Cafés und so weiter.
Auch einer der besten Eissalons in Wien (Gefährlich).

In der Wohnung lasse ich alle Möbel und Utensilien, d.h. alles für ein bequemes Leben.

Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine, aber es gibt einen Waschsalon 3 Minuten entfernt, den ich benutze und keine Probleme habe.

Der Mietvertrag beginnt am 1.July.2023 ( hat eine Laufzeit von 2 Monaten. )

Because of a big project in another city, I am subletting my studio apartment. A small but very cozy apartment is located in District 9, with an excellent location.

Right under the house passes the streetcar 37 and 38, 5 minutes walk to the bus 40A and streetcar 5. A 7 minute walk to streetcar D, 1, 33 and to the U4 subway.
So the transport connection is excellent.

Also near the apartment you will find all the necessary stores. Billa, Bipa, Spar, Hofer, bakeries, cafes and so on.
Also one of the best ice-cream parlors in Vienna (Dangerous).

In the apartment I will leave all the furniture and utensils, that is, everything for a comfortable life.

Unfortunately there is no washing machine, but there is a laundry 3 minutes away, which I use and have no problems.

The start of the renting is July 1 2023 , term
2 months.
