Shared flat for two, one private room each, near Rothe Erde train, bus station, Netto and Mcfit (all ~2 minute away).
*** Contract extendable for another 6 months
There will be a signed sublet contract including the formal agreements, deposit and rent amount between us.
*** It's possible to register your address, and you can assign your name tag on the mailbox during your stay.
Deposit will be transferred back on 30th of January 2025 according to the contract.
The room is furnished as appeared in the photos, and Everything around the house is shared and you can feel free to use them: a nice bicycle, personal refrigerators for each tenant, gas oven, air fryer, washing machine, microwave, vacuum and all other stuff in the photos ( in the room and shared area) are available to use.

The location is perfect: Rothe Erder Train station, Bus stop, Netto and Mcfit are not further than 2 minutes from the apartment
+ Bus 73 leaves every 15min from Rothe Erde.bf and you can reach RWTH in ~13min
The house is always kept neat and quiet, suitable for students, and a person that shares the same habits is very welcome. The other tenant is a very friendly and nice Persian fellow studying M.Sc. in Mathematics at RWTH.
