Längliches Zimmer mit großen Fenstern. Tür ist abschließbar.
Es wäre gewünscht alle Mieter als Hauptmieter eintragen zu lassen.
Fenster zu einer Nebenstraße ausgerichtet. Kaum Straßenlärm. Der Lene-Voigt-Park ist direkt erreichbar durch einen grünen Fahrradweg. Das Haus hat auch noch hinten weg eine nutzbare, und abgezäunte Grünanlage.
Ich bin extrovertiert und freue mich neue Leute kennenzulernen. Valeriya (die andere Mitbewohnerin) ist ruhig, aufgeschlossen und kocht gern. Gesucht ist ein Mitbewohner auf den wir uns verlassen können und der langfristig plant bei uns in der WG zu bleiben.
Wir sind große Tierfreunde und habe nichts gegen Haustiere. Allerdings gibt es schon eine Katze (von Valeriya) daher müssten wir bei neu mitgebrachten Tieren schauen ob die sich verstehen. Tiere die sich nur im eigenen Zimmer aufhalten sind eigentlich immer erlaubt.
