Hallo miteinander,
ich suche einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin für mein WG-Zimmer in Stuttgart-Ost. Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß, aufgrund der drei Fenster lichtdurchflutet und vollständig möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Couch und ein weiteres kleines Regal), wobei die Möbelstücke auf Wunsch auch eingelagert werden können. Da das Haus erst vor wenigen Jahren saniert wurde, sind auch Küche und Bad auf einem neuen Stand. Im Keller gibt es darüber hinaus zwei Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner, die kostenlos benutzbar sind.
Die WG liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe (150m) zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Schlachthof". Mit der U9 ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind zu Fuß oder mit der S-Bahn gut erreichbar. Es handelt sich um eine eher ruhige Wohngegend. Falls Interesse besteht, ist auch ein Fitnessstudio in zwei bis drei Gehminuten Entfernung.
Da sowohl mein Mitbewohner als auch ich aus der WG ausziehen, lässt sich hierüber leider nicht viel sagen.
