Hallo ihr lieben,

ich stelle mein wünderschöne Möblierte 1 Zimmer Wohnung zur Untermiete mit Anmeldung. ( von August bis Januar, nicht mehr nicht weniger ! )

WOHNUNG UND LAGE:
Die Wohnung is ein 35-40 cm², sanierter Altbau mit hohe Decken und Parkett Boden.
1×Zimmer, Küche, Badezimmer, Balkon.
Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr lieb, freundlich und ruhig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Bezirk Moabit/Mitte, und ist mit die öffies sehr gut verbunden ( U9 Turmstrase 4 min gw., M27 und Bus 245, 101, 106, 3-5 min gw., Westhafen ( Ringbahn S41,S42) 7 min. mit dem Rad.)
Essenstechnisch findet man alles in der Turmstraße. Auch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ( Rewe, Bio Company, Al Natura, und viele weitere sind mit 2-5 min. Gehweg zu erreichen.

Da Moabit sehr bunt ist, findet man hier auch sehr viele Bars, Restaurants, second hand Shops, Parks, und alt Berliner kietz Boutiquen.

MÖBEL:
Die Wohnung ist mit antique Möbel (manche aus vor-DDR Zeiten) möbliert, genau wie designer Möbel und Kunst aus den ganzen Welt.

Die Küche ist voll gestattet mit Herd, Ofen, Nespreso machine, soda Stream, Tassen, Tellern etc.
Im Bad gibt es ein LG Waschtrockner 8kg, Gast Handtücher, Regen Dusche.

*Wi-fi ist dir überlassen und ist nicht dabei.*
*es gibt kein Keller.*

KOSTEN UND MIETZEIT:
Die Wohnung ist ab 01.08.2022 bis 30.01.2023 zu untermieten.
Das ganze kostet 1000€ pro Monat inclusiv Strom, Treppen Reinigung, TV taxes, etc.( für Pärchen 1200€).
Kaution ist 2500€.

I am subletting my beautiful furnished 1 room apartment with registration.

APARTMENT AND LOCATION:
The apartment is a 35-40 cm², renovated old building with high ceilings and parquet floors.
1×room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony.
The neighbors are all very nice, friendly and quiet.
The apartment is located in the Moabit/Mitte district and is very well connected to public transportation (U9 Turmstrase 4 min walk, M27 and bus 245, 101, 106, 3-5 min walk, Westhafen (Ringbahn S41, S42) 7 min. by bike.)
In terms of food, you can find everything on Turmstrasse. Numerous grocery stores such as (Rewe, Bio Company, Al Natura, and many more can be reached within a 2-5 minute walk.

Since Moabit is very colourful, you will also find many bars, restaurants, second hand shops, parks, riversides and old Berlin kietz boutiques here.

FURNITURE:
The apartment is furnished with antique furniture (some from pre-GDR times) as well as designer furniture and art from around the world.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, Nespreso machine, soda stream, cups, plates etc.
In the bathroom there is a LG washer-dryer 8kg, guest towels, rain shower.

COSTS AND RENTAL PERIOD:
The apartment can be rented from August 1st, 2022 to January 30th, 2023.
The whole thing costs 1000€ per month including electricity, stair cleaning, TV taxes, etc. (for couples 1200€).
Deposit is 2500€.
