ich biete mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer für den Monat August zur Vermietung an. Der Grund dafür ist mein Umzug in eine andere bezaubernde Stadt. Das Zimmer erstrahlt in voller Möblierung und verfügt über ein gemütliches Einzelbett. Darüber hinaus bietet es ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung und andere persönliche Gegenstände.
Besonders beeindruckend ist der Ausblick auf Stuttgart bei Nacht, der sich vom Zimmer aus in voller Pracht präsentiert.
Die WG selbst zeichnet sich durch großzügige Raumgestaltung aus, ein wahres Highlight in Stuttgart. Für insgesamt drei Bewohner stehen sogar zwei Badezimmer zur Verfügung, was ein hohes Maß an Komfort gewährleistet. Zusätzlich erwartet euch eine geräumige WG-Küche, die zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Genießen einlädt. Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch! Egal, ob du schnell zur Arbeit düsen möchtest oder nach einer langen Nacht im Club endlich nach Hause möchtest. Du brauchst nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß, um zwei U-Bahn-Stationen zu erreichen, und innerhalb von nur 10 gemütlichen Gehminuten bist du schon am Hauptbahnhof Stuttgart.
Direkt vor deiner Haustür erstreckt sich der große Schlossgarten. Dieser Park ist einfach perfekt zum Joggen, zum Lernen unter freiem Himmel oder zum Treffen mit deinen Freunden.

The location is really fantastic! No matter if you want to get to work quickly or finally go home after a long night in the club. You only need a 3-minute walk to reach two underground stations, and within a leisurely 10-minute walk you're already at Stuttgart's main train station.
Right outside your front door is the large Schlossgarten. This park is perfect for jogging, studying outdoors or meeting up with your friends.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich äußerst unkompliziert und harmonisch. Bei uns gilt die goldene Regel, dass jeder für die Sauberkeit seines eigenen Zimmers verantwortlich ist. Doch einmal in der Woche ist einer von uns an der Reihe, das Badezimmer und die Küche auf Hochglanz zu bringen. So halten wir gemeinsam unser Zuhause sauber und gemütlich.
Abgesehen davon sind wir eine total unternehmungsfreudige Truppe, es sei denn, wir stecken gerade mitten in der Klausurphase. In unserer Freizeit unternehmen wir gerne gemeinsame Aktivitäten und erkunden die Stadt zusammen. Es gibt immer etwas zu erleben und Spaß zu haben!
Und was die Schlüsselübergabe betrifft, sind wir flexibel. Je nach Absprache können wir uns entweder am 1. August oder sogar schon am 31. oder 30. Juli treffen, um dir den Schlüssel zu übergeben und dich herzlich in unserer WG willkommen zu heißen.

Life in a shared flat is extremely uncomplicated and harmonious. Our golden rule is that everyone is responsible for the cleanliness of their own room. But once a week it's one of us' turn to make the bathroom and kitchen shine. This is how we keep our home clean and cosy together.
Apart from that, we are a totally adventurous bunch, unless we are in the middle of an exam. In our free time, we like to do activities together and explore the city together. There's always something to experience and fun to be had!
And when it comes to handing over the keys, we are flexible. Depending on the arrangement, we can meet either on 1 August or even on 31 or 30 July to hand over the key and welcome you warmly to our shared flat.

Diese bezaubernde Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock eines fantastischen Gebäudes und du musst dir keine Sorgen machen, denn wir haben gleich zwei Aufzüge! Das bedeutet, dass du mühelos und bequem in kürzester Zeit zu deinem gemütlichen Zuhause gelangen kannst.
Ach übrigens, wir haben in unserer WG ein superschnelles WLAN mit unglaublichen 1.000 Mbps Upload und Download.
Ach ja, und bevor ich es vergesse: Es ist wichtig, dass du als Mieter ein Student bist. Du musst nicht unbedingt in Stuttgart studieren, aber beim Einzug sollte deine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung noch gültig sein.

This charming flat is located on the 6th floor of a fantastic building and you don't have to worry because we have two lifts! This means you can get to your cosy home in no time at all.
By the way, we have super-fast wifi in our shared flat with an incredible 1,000 Mbps upload and download.
Oh, and before I forget: It's important that you are a student as a tenant. You don't necessarily have to be studying in Stuttgart, but your matriculation certificate should still be valid when you move in.
