Das Paulusviertel zählt zu den schönsten von Halle. Die Wohnung liegt in der Lessingstraße und du läufst 5 Minuten zur Haltestelle „Am Wasserturm“ und 8 Minuten zur Haltestelle „Lessingstraße“. Die Haltestelle „Lessingstraße liegt in der Ludwig-Wucherer-Straße, in welcher in welcher einige Cafés, Imbisse und Restaurants sind, sowie der 24 Stunden Edeka. Lidl und Rewe sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Bis zum Steintorcampus brauchst du 10 Minuten und zum Hauptcampus 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Genauso weit ist es auch bis in die Stadt. Mit der Bahn brauchst du aber nur 5 Minuten. Auch zum Hauptbahnhof kommst du in ca. 10 Minuten mit der Bahn.
Auch Natur zum Entspannen ist direkt um die Ecke: Paulushügel, Galgenberg, Peißnitz und die Saale. Die Wohnung selbst ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.

The Paulusviertel is one of the most beautiful in Halle. The apartment is located in Lessingstraße and you walk 5 minutes to the stop “Am Wasserturm” and 8 minutes to the stop “Lessingstraße. ” The stop “Lessingstraße” is located in Ludwig-Wucherer-Straße, in which there are several cafes, snacks and restaurants, as well as the 24 hour Edeka. Lidl and Rewe are also not far away. It takes 10 minutes to get to the Steintorcampus and 20 minutes to walk to the main campus. It’s just as far as the city. By train you only need 5 minutes. You can also get to the main station in about 10 minutes by train.
Nature to relax is also right around the corner: Paulushügel, Galgenberg, Peißnitz and the Saale. The apartment itself is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.

In der WG wohnen zusammen mit dir Felix und Felix :) .
Felix ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert im 6 Semester Lehramt (Geographie und Sport). Er ist sehr sportbegeistert, geht gerne in die Berge, fährt Ski und ist oft in der Boulderhalle. Er ist sehr aufgeschlossen und viel unterwegs.
Der andere Felix ist 27 Jahre alt und studiert Bauingenieurwesen in Leipzig. Zudem ist er auch ein unkomplizierter Mensch, der gerne unterwegs ist.
Beide sind spontan für Unternehmungen zu haben und würden sich über ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben, bei dem sie abends zusammen kochen, ab und an mal einen Wein trinken oder gemeinsame Filmabende machen, freuen. Wenn jemand seine Ruhe haben möchte, respektieren sie das aber natürlich auch und man kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen. In der WG gibt es einen fairen Putzplan und das finanzielle bei WG-Einkäufen wird über eine App geregelt.

Felix and Felix live with you in the flat:).
Felix is 24 years old and is studying teaching (Geography and Sport) in the 6th semester. He is very enthusiastic about sports, likes to go to the mountains, skis and is often in the boulder hall. He is very open-minded and travels a lot.
The other Felix just moved into the flat recently. He is 27 years old and studies civil engineering in Leipzig. He is also an uncomplicated person who likes to travel.
Both are spontaneously available for ventures and would enjoy a friendly coexistence, during which they cook together in the evening, drink a wine from time to time or make film evenings together. If someone wants to have peace of mind, they respect that, of course, and you can retire at any time. In the flat there is a fair cleaning plan and the financial for flat purchases is regulated via an app.
