The room is ~10m² in size. It faces the east side of the building with a beautiful sunrise.
The room is part of the relatively big in size WG. We have a pretty spacious kitchen and semi-improvized living room. Also, there is a huge balcony along the entire length of the WG. The bathroom and the toilet are separate which is quite useful in WG life. There is also room in the basement to store stuff if needed as well as a bike.
The WG is in a quiet calm and residential neighborhood. We live close to the Ostpark and the bus line 155 has a stop right in front of the house. That bus goes by Karl-Preis-Platz (U2, U7) and goes to the Ostbahnhof (12 mins bus ride). The U-Bahn station Michaelibad is a 5-minute ride by bike. A night bus stop is nearby (6-minute walk) and supermarkets are nearby (Edeka, Lidl, and Rewe).
We are Ariana, Eric, and Michelle and in a search for a new flatmate. We are looking for a new person to join our chill, fun, friendly, cozy, sometimes lively, and sometimes quiet WG. We enjoy hanging out sometimes but at the same time, everyone is doing their stuff. We like when everyone contributes to a clean and comfortable home. Here are a few words about each of us:
Ariana: Hi I'm Ariana! I enjoy cooking dancing and playing basketball (although I suck at it tbh). Overall, I care a lot about a peaceful and harmonic living atmosphere and think that open and honest communication, such as respect is key to everything.
Eric: I'm really sport-oriented and like to hang out and get to know new people. In the flat life, it is important to me that we are honest with each other and communicate if someone does not like something :)
Michelle: I’m a prospective student at MIPLC, love photography, traveling, discovering new cultures, and enjoy watching stand-up comedies.
