Anfang Juli wird ein Zimmer bei uns frei, da unsere liebe Lara zu ihrem Partner in den Süden zieht. Das Zimmer ist 3x4 Meter groß, und hat ein stets sonniges Fenster. Es wird ohne Möbeln vermietet.
Zum Haus gehört ein Garten, den wir mitnutzen und bepflanzen dürfen, sowie ein Fahrradschuppen.
Gelegen ist unsere WG nahe der Zughaltestelle Bahnhof Sebaldsbrück, sodass der Hauptbahnhof innerhalb von 4 Minuten mit der Regiobahn erreichbar ist. Die Uni z.B. ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Praktisch gegenüber liegt Kaufland, um die Ecke liegen der Schlosspark und auch mehrere von uns geliebte Secondhand Geschäfte.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, sodass selbst nächtliche Spaziergänge angenehm sind.
Wir bleibenden WG-Bewohnis sind Finn (er/ihm) und Charlie (dey/deren oder keine).
Unsere WG ist keine Zweckverbindung, sondern ein Zuhause. Wir pflegen einen herzlichen Umgang miteinander, es wird offen kommuniziert, Bedürfnisse und Boundaries werden besprochen und respektiert.
Bei uns ist es meist ruhig, wir treffen uns aber immer gern in der Küche, kochen und quatschen. Es gibt einen Putzplan, wir erwarten also, dass du keine Scheu hast vorm Mopp und fähig bist, selbstständig mitanzupacken.
Finn:
Ich bin 28 Jahre alt und beginne demnächst eine Erzieherausbildung. In meiner Freizeit mache ich viel Kunst, werke an der Wohnung herum oder lese. Ich liebe es zu Kochen und zu Backen (vegetarisch bis vegan), und mir macht nichts mehr Freude als Spielabende, besonders Werwolf und D&D.
Charlie:
Ich bin 21 Jahre und studiere Kulturwissenschaft an der Uni. Ich mache sehr gerne Musik, vor allem Gitarre und Klavier, aber höre auch viel unterschiedliches. Ansonsten geh ich gerne spazieren, lese oder schaue Coming of Age Filme. Ich koche und backe zwar auch gerne, aber im Moment profitiere ich sehr davon, dass Finn immer mit uns teilen will und sehr viel kreativer dabei ist :)
Bonus:
Zusätzlich wohnt mit uns ein Kater namens Loki. Er ist 9 Jahre alt, liebt Gäste und unterhält sich gerne mit einem (auf seine Weise), jagt Geister durch den Flur, oder sonnt sich in einem der Südfenster.
Hier ist jegliches diskriminierendes Verhalten nicht willkommen, eine politisch offene bis queerfeministische/linke Haltung ist uns wichtig. Wir setzen voraus, dass du auch offen bist für Nicht-Binarität und Anti-Ableismus. Wir sind seit Anfang an eine Flinta* WG, dies darf sich aber ändern.

In July a room is freeing up in our shared apartment, it's 3 by 4 meters and has a bright, south-facing window.
It will be rented out including furniture.
The house has a backyard that may be used by all residents, and a bike shed.
We are located near the train stop Bahnhof Sebaldsbrück, from where one can reach the central station within 4 minutes by train, and one can reach the university in 20 minutes by bus or by bike. Grocery shopping, thrifting and walks in the park are all easily done within a five minute walking distance.
The area itself is quiet, so even nightly walks feel safe.
We are Finn (he/him or they/them) and Charlie (they/them).
We don't just share our apartment for practicality, it is our home. It is important to us to be kind to one another and communicate our needs and boundaries.
It is usually quiet here, but we love to meet in the kitchen and have a homecooked meal and chat. We have a cleaning schedule and we expect you to be able to clean independently.
Finn:
I am 27 years old and soon starting work in childcare. In my free time I love to be creative, do work on the apartment or read. I cook and bake a lot, always vegetarian, sometimes vegan, and love to share what I make. I love game nights, especially Werewolf and D&D.
Charlie:
I'm 21 years old and currently studying cultural anthropology. I like to play music, mostly guitar and piano but also love to listen to a lot of different genres. In my free time I go for walks, love to read or watch Coming of age movies.
Bonus:
Additionally, a cat by the name of Loki lives with us. He is nine years old and very chatty, patient and full of personality.
