Your future room is the smallest room in the flat but super cozy, facing the street, with wooden floor and one big window. It receives the sunlight during the afternoon/evening.
You have the possibility for you to get some furniture from our former roomie if you would like this (desk, bed).

The "backyard" is actually a huge garden where you can barbecue, hang up laundry, plant, park bicycles, etc.
Our shared apartment is located in the east of the city, in the Neustadt-Neuschönefeld district, very close to Eisenbahnstraße and directly at Elsapark, which borders on the Rabet. The university and the center are 10 minutes by bike. In the immediate vicinity there are Rewe, Konsum, as well as numerous Spätis, shopping and dining options on the Eisi.

We are Nino (they/them, 26 y.o.), Di (they/them, 22 y.o.) and Pauli (she/her, 29 y.o.).

Our interests are doing creative stuff, baking and cooking, trying to grow our own veggies, going to cultural/political events, concerts, dancing and making music among others, but always trying new stuff.
We are from Germany, Ukraine and Chile and we speak English in the WG, but language diversity is always welcomed.
We are looking for a person who's up to have a shared WG life, with an open and honest communication, and sharing time together whenever we feel like. Also personal space is important for us and not forcing something. We like spending some evenings on the balcony or cooking/baking for each other. We also like going together to events.
We are open for people with different interests and life realities.
We share most of our food, but you can see for yourself if you want this. One person is vegan, one vegetarian and one omnivorous.

We have a cleaning plan that is rotating, also a whiteboard where we organize stuff.
In general we would like to have a person moving in who takes responsability for the flat, like cleaning, administrative stuff etc, and the community. Someone that is independent and having experience with living in community. So if you are under 25 y.o. but you have experience, you can still write us and tell us.
We would probably prefer a Women, Inter, Non-Binary or Trans-Person no matter what sexuality and also internationals are warmly welcomed. For us it's important a person who's open to live with queer and neurodivergent people; we don't tolerate any transphobia, homophobia or racism or any other kinds of discrimination. Though we are open to learn together!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If possible, would be good someone who will be able to be in the main contract, so who is working fulltime or otherwise with Bürgschaft from someone, e.g. parents.
Also it is important to know that you have to pay 280 € of caution.
If you want to move with us, you have to plan to live here more than one year - so please just write us if you fullfil this requirements.
