Wir sind eine super Hausgemeinschaft.
Ich selbst wohne seit 2007 in dem Haus.
Es wird wild gefeiert hin und wieder.

WG-Leben
Wir trinken gerne morgens zusammen Kaffee und versumpfen nach dem Abendessen gemeinsam mit Freunden und Nachbarn in der Küche, wenn es sich ergibt. Von Zeit zu Zeit packt uns die Abenteuerlust und wir gehen gemeinsam auf Schatzsuche, auf ausladende Spaziergänge oder wonach uns und dem Wetter der Sinn steht.
Mit unseren Nachbarn stehen wir in engem Kontakt und verbringen viel Zeit zusammen.
Insgesamt läuft hier alles easy, ohne grosse Regeln und Absprachen und wir freuen uns immer neue Menschen kennenzulernen :)
We like to drink coffee together in the morning and often sit in the kitchen all night long after a shared dinner with friends. From time to time we go on adventures together or walks and like to spend time with each other for different acticities.
We enjoy spending time with our neighbours and do so almost every day.

!Wir vermieten das Zimmer zur Untermiete,also zeitlich begrenzt aber flexibel!
In our Mietzhaus we have craftsmen, happy-go-lucky sort of fellows, students, families and friends under one roof and everyone is very welcome to be a part of this.

The shared flat is very close to the main train station and to the stops Stadtwerke/Römerkreis Süd/Ringstrasse in case you don't have a bike. Supermarkets, restaurants and small bars and cafés are close by in the direct neighbourhood.
