Hello, there is a 15m2 room available in a 96m2 flat, where 65m2 are common area including the entrance corridor, living room, Kitchen/dining room and bathroom.The flat is newly renovated and we just moved in (beginning of July) but there is furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. I'm currently in my old apartment but plan to move to this one in October or November, thus I look for a subtenant in the meantime. The room is a fully equipped new kitchen, bedroom with bed, sheets, towels, a big closet and a desk and chair if desired. The apartment's living room+balcony is facing south so there is sun all day long. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub + washingmachine is of course also set up.
It is located close to Wildenbruchplatz in a lively neighborhood in Neukölln, with plenty of bars and restaurants around.
You would live together with my flatmate Franz who is 31, working (mostly from the office but sometimes from at home), fun, out- and easygoing person who enjoys cooking, music and good conversations or a round of table tennis. He is German native but also speaks fluent English and some French. Since he is into festivals he will probably be gone for most of the weekends in August, till mid September ;-). Since it's important for him that you two click, it would be great if you could meet/video call before there is a final decision.
In terms of moving in/moving out dates we are quite flexible as long as we know in advance. In case of any more questions I'm happy to answer them in a private mail.
