Du kannst ab dem 1.4.2024 ein wunderschönes, großes WG-Zimmer mit Balkon in einer 4,5-er WG beziehen. Es ist 26 m² groß, hat eine Süd-West Ausrichtung und ist quasi den ganzen Tag über bei hohen französischen Fenstern sehr hell.
Mit deiner:m Mitbewohner:in aus dem vorderen Zimmer teilst du dir ein helles Duschbad (das Wannenbad gehört zu den hinteren Zimmern, ein Bad kannst du jedoch jederzeit nehmen :) ).
Außerdem gibt es eine wunderschöne große Wohnküche, die zu ausgedehnten Kochabenden und zum Verweilen einlädt.
Im Frühling und Sommer kann man außerdem hervorragend den gut ausgestatteten, privaten Garten direkt an der Panke nutzen, den unser Vorderhaus sich mit dem Hinterhaus teilt.

You can move into a beautiful, large room with balcony in a 4.5-room shared flat from 1.4.2024. It is 26 m² in size, faces south-south-west and is very bright all day long with high French windows.
You share a bright shower room with your roommate from the front room (the bathtub belongs to the back rooms, but you can take a bath at any time :) ).
There is also a beautiful, large eat-in kitchen that invites you to spend long evenings cooking and relaxing.
In spring and summer, you can also make excellent use of the well-equipped, private garden directly on the Panke, which our front house shares with the rear house.
Du brauchst jeweils 5 Minuten sowohl an den S/U-Bahnhof-Wedding als auch S-Bahnhof-Humboldhain.
In der Umbegung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Aldi, Netto, Edeka), diverse Restaurants und Bars, eine Kunstgalerie und natürlich in räumlicher Nähe die Panke sowie den Humboldhain.

You need 5 minutes to both the S-Bahn/U-Bahn station-Wedding and the S-Bahn station-Humboldhain.

Du solltest offen sein für ein familiäres WG-Umfeld, da deine Mitbewohner Lisa und Sebastian auch noch ihre kleine Tochter Milla an Bord haben.

Sebastian ist Werbetexter und Hobbymusiker, Lisa arbeitet als Teamleitein in einem Office und Milla geht in die Kita und ist für ihre zwei Jahre schon sehr wortgewandt.
