A very nice, bright, furnished, absolutely quiet apartment in a central location, in the popular new renovated student district, with a view over the rooftops of Budapest. Good shopping, cafes, pubs nearby. The ever-running tram line 4/6 can be reached in 3 minutes, the subway is 5 minutes away, you can also get home safely at night. SOTE and CORVINUS universities are a 10-minute walk away. Close to the Danube, with a large enclosed green courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished, kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. Built-in air conditioning is available.
I'm looking for a nice, uncomplicated student who doesn't smoke and doesn't want pets in the apartment.
Internet is available - is included in the additional costs.
The landlady (lecturer for Hungarian) lives in Germany and comes to Budapest from time to time 3-4 times a year for a week after prior notice and stays in the second absolutely separate room. In this short time, the apartment is a kind of shared apartment. Otherwise you have the apartment to yourself.
Additional costs about 130-150 €, depending on consumption.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
