We have great location, which is next to the Ubahn station, within 6 min you will arrive Marienplatz or switch in Sendlinger Tor for another train line with 1 station to the main station.
2 bus lines in front of our door, which lead you in 2 bus station either to Sbahn or another Ubahn station.
Besides there located a lot restaurants, 1 nearby beer garden, Dr. office, Pharmacy, 3 supermarkets as Edeka, Vitalia, Vollkorn Bio, 1 Italian supermarkt, 2 bus station to 2 different Asia supermarkt, Hermes is our neighbors and DHL is next to the Ubahn Station. There is 5min running to the Isar river, one small green park, which have a free public gym, one bigger Westpark within 15min and the zoo is one station away from us.
In case you have a car, as a resident to live in this area, you can park anywhere nearest, it‘s only 100€ fees for the whole year.
Currently is only 1 student living here.
He is 22y old, who is studying the second year and is living a long term here. He has shared this flat with girls and boys but now they’ve moved away. I can say he is very nice guy, well-groomed and athletic. He is member of a football club, plays soccer weekly and do boxing at the gym. He is also taking and sharing cleaning plan with flatmate weekly. All the renter here is non smoker and I hope whoever choose this home will have a great company together and take care of the apartment as your own.
