Hi!
My name is Daniel, I'm a 26 year old business-student from Norway and I am going to Dortmund for an exchange period this fall. I will study the international business certificate at ISM and I am looking for a place to stay.
I find your apartment quite interesting and wonder if this apartment still is available for me to rent for the period 01.09.22 - 23.12.22.
Is the rent price an "all inclusive" price, which including water, electricity, broadcasting fee, internet etc?
I like to work out, watch all kind of sports, hang out with friends and of course having a good party sometimes with some Moscow mule ;)
