Hello good people, I’m searching for a new tenant for my lovely 1-room apartment in Munich starting 01.09. on. The apartment is suited only for students.
Here are some more detailed informations about the place:
👉 The building is called my room - Das Zuhause fürs Studium and is located at Pfälzer-Wald-Straße 73. It’s a new building, I’m only the third tenant of the apartment, so it’s (still) very well kept.
👉 The apartment is on the 1st floor. It is fully furnished and ready to use. You will have your own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is already equipped with dishes, utensils, pans and pots, kettle, toaster, etc.
👉 All furniture you see in the pictures comes with the apartment, except for the double bed which I will be taking with me. There is a single bed which comes with the apartment that I will put back together before moving.
👉 The building has a common room for people to hang out, play kicker, and throw parties. There is also an inside yard where you can grill. Right next to the entrance door there is a bakery that has the best Kirschtaschen.
👉 There are washing machines and dryers in the building that cost 2 EUR per use.
👉 The rent is 654 EUR per month (including Nebenkosten). Internet and electricity are extra. The internet costs 20 EUR and the costs for the electricity depend on your contract with the respective electrical company, but usually it varies between 20-30 EUR for this apartment.
👉 Kaution is 1560 EUR.
👉 Apartment visits are of course possible, preferably as soon as possible.
👉 The location is excellent. It is a 7-minute walk to Giesinger Bahnhof from where you can take S3, S7, U2, U7, U8, and a lot of buses and trams. In less than a 10-minute walk you can reach Lidl, DM, Aldi, Edeka, HIT, and Rewe. There are a lot of nice places you can go for a walk to, including a small park nearby where you can tan and enjoy some quiet time in busy Munich.
If you are interested, don’t hesitate to send me a message. Please tell me a bit about yourself (where you live, what you study, etc.) and already propose some appointment suggestions for when you would like to come see the apartment. Thank you in advance!
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
