The WG is very centrally located in the city centre behind the Europaplatz. The HKA and PH are only 2 minutes by bike or 5 minutes walk, to KIT there are 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes walk. The castle park is almost on the door and also within a few minutes walk. It is also just a 5-minute walk to the Europaplatz and from there you are directly in the city centre and have various shopping facilities as well as cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. The S- and subway station there is very well connected and it runs every few minutes.

Die WG liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt hinter dem Europaplatz. Zur HKA und PH sind es nur 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zum KIT sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Schlosspark is quasi vor der Tür und ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Europaplatz sind es auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und von dort ist man direkt in der Innenstadt und hat verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Cafés, Bars und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Die S- und U-Bahn Station dort ist sehr gut angebunden und es fahren alle paar Minuten Bahnen.

We're five in the WG. Robin (31) and Vincent (23). Robin holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering at KIT. He likes to spend his spare time playing boulders or volleyball. Vincent studies electrical engineering at KIT. In addition, as a DJ, he has equipped his room with a good sound system to make music.
Gabriel (25). He is a doctorate at the university and in his spare time he likes to skate and drill. Ellie (25) will move up in June. She works in the social field and enjoys music in her spare time and goes hiking or jogging.
The WG life is very relaxed. Often you meet someone to chat in the kitchen or for a coffee break in the dining area. From time to time, there are also common games evenings, white sausage breakfast or spontaneous excursions to the castle park. For an evening beer or a pub tour in the city you can find someone very quickly.

In der WG sind wir zu fünft. Unten wohnen Robin (31) und Vincent (23). Robin promoviert in Chemieingenieurwesen am KIT. Er verbringt seine Freizeit gerne beim Bouldern oder Volleyball spielen. Vincent studiert Elektrotechnik am KIT. Außerdem hat er als DJ sein Zimmer mit einem guten Soundsystem ausgestattet, um Musik zu machen.
Oben wohnt Gabriel (25). Er promoviert an der Hochschule und in seiner Freizeit geht er gerne skaten und bouldern. Oben wird im Juni noch Ellie (25) einziehen. Sie arbeitet im sozialen Bereich und macht in ihrer Freizeit gerne Musik und geht wandern oder joggen.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Oft trifft man jemanden zum quatschen in der Küche oder für eine Kaffeepause im Essbereich. Ab und zu finden auch gemeinsame Spieleabende, Weißwurstfrühstück oder spontane Ausflüge in den Schlosspark statt. Für ein Feierabendbier oder eine Kneipentour in der Stadt findet sich also meist schnell jemand.

The WG is very well equipped and especially in the kitchen we have all kinds of equipment you can use. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and possibilities for hanging up. There are parking spaces for bicycles.
The warm rental is 360€ and for electricity and the internet come approx. 25-30€. Since we bought a new dishwasher and a new refrigerator only last year, a 130€ discount is to be paid.
The room includes a small built-in wardrobe and a wooden board above the heating.
If you are interested, the wardrobe could stay there for free (but is no longer quite stable), all other furniture will be taken along.
The room will be free no later than 1 July. It may also be moved in mid/end of June.

Die WG ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem in der Küche haben wir alle möglichen Geräte, welche du alle benutzen kannst. Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen. Im Gang gibt es Stellplätze für Fahrräder.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 360€ und für Strom und Internet kommen noch ca. 25-30€ dazu. Da wir erst im letzen Jahr eine neue Spülmaschine und einen neuen Kühlschrank gekauft haben, soll dafür eine Ablöse von 130€ bezahlt werden.
In dem Zimmer ist ein kleiner Einbauschrank und ein Holzbrett über der Heizung enthalten.
Bei Interesse könnte der Kleiderschrank kostenlos da bleiben (ist aber nicht mehr ganz stabil), alle anderen Möbel werden mitgenommen.
Das Zimmer wird spätestens zum 1. Juli frei. Eventuell kann auch schon Mitte/Ende Juni eingezogen werden.
