In our flat of two and a fluffy cat there is space for a new cool person:)
The room is really sunny and cozy, has its own separate corridoor area and a nice view! There is also a niche in the wall for storage, and a ladder to use it comfortably:) The room is already furnished with a desk, a bookshelf, a bed and a wardrobe.
Other than the room(s) there is also a common area/kitchen: appliances-wise there is an oven, a microwave, and dishwasher. We also have a washing machine in the bathroom.
The rent is 488€ and includes everything.

Das Zimmer ist hell und einladend, hat einen eigenen kleinen Flur-Bereich und einen schönen Ausblick. Außerdem gibt es eine praktische Nische in der Wand zum Verstauen von Sachen – mit einer Leiter kommst du da ganz bequem ran :)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Regal, Bett und Kleiderschrank – du kannst also direkt einziehen!
Neben deinem eigenen Bereich gibt es natürlich auch eine gemeinsame Wohnküche. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Backofen, eine Mikrowelle und eine Spülmaschine. Die Waschmaschine findest du im Badezimmer.
Die Mietkosten liegen bei 488€ warm.

The location is only 5min away by foot to the U4 (Pilgramgasse), and bus and tram stations are within a 10min walking distance. A Spar and Ströck are just around the corner, also a Hofer and Billa, pharmacy and post office are less than 5min away!

Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der U4 (Pilgramgasse) entfernt, Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ein Spar, Hofer und Billa sind gleich um die Ecke, Apotheke und Post sind weniger als 5min entfernt!

There is Elli, who studies anthropology and does graphic design, Liz, who works in gastronomy but is also a graphic/tattoo artist. There will also be another new person, as Michi is moving together with friends.

Bei uns wohnen Elli, die Anthropologie studiert und nebenbei Grafikdesign macht, und Liz, die in der Gastro arbeitet und sich gerne mit Tattoing beschäftigt.
Da Michi bald mit Freunden zusammenzieht, wird auch noch eine weitere neue Person einziehen – du wärst also nicht allein derdie Neue :)
Das Zimmer wird ab anfang Mai frei. Es wäre allerdings auch möglich erst mitte Mai einzuziehen. Das könnten wir gerne absprechen :)
