We are happy about nice company!

The 1-room apartment is located in the Souterrain of a detached house in Mintraching-Grüneck and measures about 42 sqm. The apartment has a larger living area, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. It is furnished and has an internet connection, as well as a parking space for a bicycle.

Since the apartment is located in my parents' house, I am particularly interested in fair, compatible and relaxed interaction. Due to the size of the apartment, we think of an individual and like someone to whom the subject of environmental protection is not completely new.

The house is located in a quiet side street, directly on the edge of the forest to the Isarauen. Anyone who likes to jog or is on the way with the bike is here well-attended. The Isarradweg is only about 100 meters away. The southern beach of the Pullinger Weiher can also be reached in 15 minutes by bike.

Due to the proximity to Munich Airport, the apartment is equipped with soundproof windows. When the planes start in the corresponding direction, it can also become a little louder. On other days, however, you don't hear a flying noise.

Since we do not have the opportunity to read gas or electricity separately, we take the current consumption of my parents as a basis and calculate the future consumption of the tenants.

Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses in Mintraching-Grüneck und misst etwa 42 qm. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen größeren Wohnraum, eine Küche mit Essplatz und einem Badezimmer. Sie ist möbliert und verfügt über einen Internetanschluss, sowie einen Abstellplatz für ein Fahrrad.

Da sich die Wohnung im Haus meiner Eltern befindet, ist mir vor allem ein faires, verträgliches und entspanntes Miteinander wichtig. Aufgrund der Größe der Wohnung denken wir an eine Einzelperson und gerne an jemanden, dem das Thema Umweltschutz nicht ganz neu ist.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, direkt am Waldrand zu den Isarauen. Wer gerne joggt, oder mit dem Rad unterwegs ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Der Isarradweg ist nur ca. 100 Meter entfernt. Auch der Südstrand des Pullinger Weihers ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen.

Aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen München ist die Wohnung ist mit Schallschutzfenstern ausgestattet. Wenn die Flugzeuge in die entsprechende Richtung starten, kann es auch mal etwas lauter werden. An anderen Tagen hört man hingegen keinen Fluglärm.

Da wir keine Möglichkeit haben, Gas bzw. Strom separat auszulesen, nehmen wir den aktuellen Verbrauch meiner Eltern als Grundlage und errechnen daraus den künftigen Verbrauch der Mieter:innen.
