Liebe Interessent*innen,
ich biete euch hier meine schöne Kreuzberger Wohnung für einen Monat zur Untermiete an, da ich nach Brandenburg gezogen bin.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet, es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Hochbett und ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche. Natürlich habt ihr in meiner Wohnung WLAN.
Da ich die Wohnung zu Ende Februar kündige, können nach Absprache auch ein paar Dinge aus der Wohnung mitgenommen werden.
Ich wünsche mir eine(n) Nichtraucher(in) als Untermieter(in).

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und befindet sich in einem unsanierten Altbau mit einfachem Standard, die U7 habt ihr direkt vor der Haustür. Den Kreuzberg und die Bergmannstraße habt ihr in Laufnähe und in der Marheineke Markthalle gibt es wunderbare Köstlichkeiten. Bio Supermärkte, Cafes und wunderbare Restaurants habt ihr ebenfalls vor eurer Tür!
