Hello.
Since I go back to my home country for a few weeks, my apartment is available from around 16 December to around 14 January. The rent is 300 euros + electricity costs. As heating is also done with the electricity (night storage heater), I estimate the electricity cost for 1 month in winter to be around 150 euros, but it can be different depending on the consumption and the weather.
The apartment consists of 1 room and a bathroom. It is furnished and has a kitchen. You can use my plates or you can of course also bring your own.
It is located close to Kaufland. The bus stop Waldsraße is 3-minute walk away.
There is no washing machine in the apartment or basement, therefore you will need to go to a laundromat (For example the one in Eisenbahnstrasse 70).
