A room is available for rent for only 5.5 months (main tenant on a trip). The room and the apartment is fully furnished and is ready to be moved in. The room is very small but the nicest part of the apartment is the living room. The massive living room (~30sq.m) also opens to a balcony. The apartment is well light and beautiful. It's the fifth floor and no elevator! but the apartment is worth the climb! ;)
The apartment is located in Soldiner Kiez in the Wedding district. It's in the north of the City.
The closest bus stop is Soldiner Str.
Nearest U-Bahn station is Osloer str. S. Bahn Station (8 minute walk).
Nice walking track nearby along Pankow nearby (4 minute walk).
I Zaheer will be your flatmate. I am working a full-time job but like to chill and relax in the evenings. Also, generally up for anything on the weekends. We generally share a lot of time in the big living room watching TV, Movies and playing board games. I also like to play tennis and go bouldering.
We generally cook and have dinner together. He enjoys shared/communal living. Hence its important that you two meet to see if you would get along.
