Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und mit PVC ausgestattet. Es hat zwei große Fenster zum Balkon. Es ist ein Bett und Ablage im Zimmer. Zwei Stühle, eine Verlängerung, Girlande, Spiegel vorhanden sowie ein Paar Habseligkeiten die bleiben
3 Minuten zur Haltestelle Falkenstrasse(5/10 Straßenbahn) und von dort ist man 1 Station weiter am Bahnhof oder 10 Minuten zur Station Am Wall und man ist nach drei Stationen an der HSB. Am Bahnhof gibt es einen Rewe/DM und Edeka. Zum Netto braucht man ungefähr 15 Minuten
