I will be traveling for two months, and I am looking for someone to take care of my cute room in a spacious "Altbau"-flat in one of the moste beautiful kiezes in Berlin. Great for someone looking for a temporary place to start out in Berlin.
Some details on the room and flat:
- 13 m^2 room incl private balcony in a 102 m^2 flat
- Fully furnished: bed (140x200), cupboard, and shelf
- Large living room with TV with access to Netflix & Amazon prime plus another balcony
- "Berliner Zimmer" as open kitchen and dining room, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine)
- Bathroom with bath tub and natural light
The flat is in the a great neighborhood, "Helmholtzkiez", with local shops, cafés and bars, and located close to any public transport your heart desires (Ringbahn, S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram).
You would be sharing the space with my dear flatmate - well, she will be traveling in January as well, but once she is back you have the most active person for any recommendations on Start-up life or the like in Berlin.

Ich werde für ein zwei Monate reisen und möchte in der Zeit mein Zimmer in einer schönen, großen Altbau-Wohnung im besten Kiez in gute Hände geben. Ideal für jemanden, der etwas Kurzfristiges für einen Start in Berlin, Praktikum o.Ä. sucht.
Ein paar Details zum Zimmer / Wohnung:
- 13 m^2 Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon in 102 m^2 Wohnung
- Komplett möbliert: Bett (140x200), Schrank, Regal
- Großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und Fernseher (inkl. Netflix & Amazon Prime Zugang)
- "Berliner Zimmer" als offene Wohn- und Essküche (vollständig ausgestattet, inkl. Wasch- und Spülmaschine)
- Badezimmer mit Badewanne und natürlichem Licht
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Helmholtzkiez mit kleinen Läden, Cafés und Bars, und fußläufig zu allen möglichen öffentlichen Transportmitteln (Ringbahn, S-/U-Bahn, Tram).
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin teilen - sie ist selbst den Januar noch reisen, ab dann die beste Ansprechperson für jegliche Aktivitäten oder Start-Up-Events in Berlin.
