Beautiful WG room in perfect location Schönes WG-Zimmer in perfekter Lage

The WG is very centrally located and is located near the Trier Gallery.
In the immediate vicinity (2 minutes walk) there are various shopping opportunities such as an aldi, a rewe and close shopping. Recently there is also a new grocery store right next door.
In addition, some bus stops can be reached within a short time (Nikolaus-Kochplatz, Karl-Max Straße and Trier- Galerie, 1 minute) with these you come anywhere you want.
From there you need to the university campus in about 20 minutes. The main campus of the FH is about 15 minutes by bike.

For future students at the FH design campus, the WG is perfectly located, as it can be reached on foot in just five minutes.

In short:
- 2 min to the ÖPNV
- 5 min to the FH design campus
- 10 min by bike/bus to the FH
- 20 min by bus to Campus 1 or to Campus 2

Die WG ist sehr zentral gelegen und befindet sich in der Nähe der Trier-Galerie.
In der direkten Umgebung (2 Minuten Fußweg) gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. ein Aldi, ein Rewe und Nahkauf. Seit kurzem gibt es auch einen neuen Lebensmittelladen direkt nebenan.
Außerdem sind einige Bushaltestellen innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar (Nikolaus-Kochplatz, Karl-Max Straße und Trier- Galerie, 1 Minute) mit diesen du überall hinkommst, wo du möchtest.
Von dort aus benötigt man in etwa 20 Minuten zum Uni-Campus. Zum Hauptcampus der FH braucht man ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Rad.

Für zukünftige StudentInnen am Gestaltungscampus der FH ist die WG perfekt gelegen, da dieser in nur fünf Minuten zu fuß erreichbar ist.

Kurz um:
- 2 min zu den ÖPNV
- 5 min zum Gestaltungscampus der FH
- 10 min mit dem Rad/Bus zur FH
- 20 min mit dem Bus zu Campus 1 oder auch zu Campus 2

WG life:
At the moment, WG Andi, Lenny, Paul, Ostap, Joshua and Kenya live, but she will take off. Andy (36) is our longest WG member and therefore knows exactly everything possible in the WG. He is also a great contact for all concerns and questions. He is also a bit the craftsman of the WG and always helpful.

Lenny lives after Andy with the longest in the WG and is therefore well informed about everything.

Paul, Ostap and Joshua have only moved into the WG relatively new ones and find themselves in their WG lives. This means that it is also a good way to reconfigure the WG life together :)

From time to time, a small round of beer or the like takes place in the WG. The beer table in our hall also invites people to a small match. Basically, the WG life is very unavoidable and everyone lives in his everyday life and we meet all together as it just fits. So if you want a relaxed yet cool coexistence you are right with us in the Zuckerberg ;).

WG-Leben:
Im Moment wohnen in der WG Andi, Lenny, Paul, Ostap, Joshua und Kenya, sie wird aber ausziehen. Andy (36) ist unser längstes WG Mitglied und weiß daher auch genau über alles mögliche in der WG bescheid. Er ist also auch ein super Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Anliegen und Fragen. Er ist auch ein bisschen der Handwerker der WG und immer hilfsbereit.

Lenny wohnt nach Andy auch mit am längsten in der WG und ist daher ebenfalls über alles gut informiert.

Paul, Ostap und Joshua sind selbst erst relativ neu in der WG eingezogen und finden sich gerade in ihr WG-Leben ein. Das heißt es ist gerade auch eine gute Möglichkeit um das WG-Leben gemeinsam neu mitzugestalten :)

Ab und zu findet in der WG auch mal eine kleine Runde mit einem Bierchen o.ä. statt. Der Bierpongtisch in unserem Flur lädt auch gerne mal die Leute zu einem kleinen Match ein. Grundsätzlich ist das WG-Leben sehr ungezwungen und jeder lebt in seinem Alltag und wir treffen alle zusammen so wie es gerade passt. Wenn du also Lust auf ein entspanntes aber dennoch cooles Zusammenleben hast bist du bei uns in der Zuckerberg genau richtig ;).

Der Einzug ist nach Absprache vielleicht auch schon ab Ende Juni möglich. Das Zimmer wurde bei meinem Einzug vor einem Jahr neu gestrichen und renoviert, du kommst also direkt in ein neues Zimmer, welches unmöbiliert an dich übergeben wird :).
