Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss, hat 12 qm, ein Parkett, zwei Eckfenster und dadurch hell und luftig im Sommer, warm im Winter. Aus dem Zimmer hat man einen direkten Zugang zum Wohnzimmer.
Zusätzlich hast du in unserem 18 qm Wohnzimmer genug Platz, um fast alle deine Hobbies auszuleben, im Keller gibt es einen Musikraum, und in unserer großen Küche ist ebenfalls viel Platz, um sich um Kochtöpfe und den Esstisch zu versammeln. Im Garten kann man sich an der Gemüsepflege üben, wenn man mag, Feuerstelle gibt es auch und sehr nette Nachbar*innen.
Da wir eine Nebenkostenerstattung erwarten, kann es sein, dass die Miete noch geringer ausfallen wird. Der Schreibtisch kann gerne genutzt werden.
Wir suchen einen Menschen mit Lust auf Gemeinschaft und offene und empathische Kommunikation. Wir sind viel unterwegs, aber auch sehr gerne gemeinsam zu Hause und kochen manchmal etwas zusammen, tanzen durchs Wohnzimmer, motivieren uns gegenseitig und schauen auch mal einen Film zusammen. Wir arbeiten in den verschiedensten Bereichen (künstlerich, sozialraumorientiert, handwerklich, Business). Immer wieder organisieren wir größere Events wie zum Beispiel Gartenkonzerte.

The room is on the ground floor, is about 12 sqm, has a parkett and two windows. It has a very good light, is warm and cosy. It is the only room in the house with a direct access to the living room.
Beyond the bedroom we have a lot od common space. The living room invites to chill, do yoga or watch a movie. There is a home office station in a little winter garden. The retro kitchen is perfect for dinners and brunches while the garden has a terrace and an BBQ area.
We are looking for a person with a desire for community and open and empathetic communication. We are on the road a lot, but we also like to stay at home together and sometimes cook something together, dance through the living room, motivate each other and sometimes watch a film together. We work in different fields such as art, handicraft, social work or business. Sometimes we organise bigger events such as garden concerts.

Das Haus befindet sich 2 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn Station Frankfurt-Nied, also 2 Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof (7 Minuten Fahrzeit) und vor allem sehr nah an der Nidda und den dortigen Obstwiesen und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Höchster Altstadt und dem Wochenmarkt entfernt. Es gibt mehrere Fahrradwege Richtung Innenstadt z.B. am Main oder an der Nidda entlang.

The house is a 2-minute walk from the Frankfurt-Nied S-Bahn station, so 2 stops from the main railway station - 7-minute journey - and, above all, very close to the Nidda and the orchards there, and only a short walk from the Höchst old town and farmer’s market. There are several biking paths towards the city centre e.g. along the Main or the Nidda.
