Gemütliches Zimmer - möbliert
In unserer Wg ist ab Anfang Mai bis Ende Juli ein Zimmer zur Untermiete frei. Milla macht für 3 Monate ein Praktikum und da suchen wir nun eine neue Person für unsere WG. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Bett, Schreibtisch, ein Regal, eine Kommode und einen Nachttisch. Milla freut sich über eine zuverlässige Person, die gut auf ihr Zimmer aufpasst (:

Cozy room - furnished
We have a room available in our shared flat from the beginning of May until the end of July. Milla is doing an internship for 3 months and we are now looking for a new person for our shared flat. The room has a bed, a desk, a shelf, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. Milla would be happy to have a reliable person who takes good care of her room (:
We have a living room, a large hallway, a cozy kitchen, a pink bathroom, beautiful floorboards everywhere and high ceilings.
Wir wohnen in der Eisenbahnstraße am Torgauer Platz, direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle. In dieser Gegend gibt es viele Restaurants, kleine Läden und nette Plätze zum Abhängen. In unserem Haus wohnen viele andere WGs, es gibt eine Vernetzung im Haus und wir helfen uns gegenseitig, wenn wer etwas braucht! Es ist eine nette kleine Gemeinschaft.
We live in the Eisenbahnstraße at Torgauer Platz, right next to the tram station. Many foodplaces, little shops and nice places to hang out are in this area. Our house is filled with many other Wgs, so we help each other out when someone needs something! It's a nice little community.

Sie teilen sich ihr Essen, wenn es vegan ist, mögen Filme, schauen die auch gerne in unserem Heimkino und haben einen Putzplan.
Emmi (26, Sie) wohnt seit einem Jahr in Leipzig und studiert kuwi. Emmi ist herzlich, kreativ und hat immer ein offenes Ohr und Snacks!

Also falls du denkst, dass du die in die WG passen könntest, schreib voll gerne, wie du dir ein Zusammenleben vorstellst und einzwei Zeilen über dich und was dein Lieblingstier ist :)
Wichtig noch: Als neue Mitbewohni werden bevorzugt FLINTA* Menschen (Frauen, Lesbian, Inter, Non-Binary, Transgender, Agender*) gesucht, allerdings möchte ich auch niemanden ausschließen, weshalb du dich auch gerne melden kannst, wenn du dich nicht zu dieser Gruppe dazuzählst. Jedoch ist mir ein sensibler Umgang mit dem Thema Sexismus und Transfeindlichkeit wichtig.. Die WG sollte sich so gut wie möglich als sicherer Ort für FLINTA* verstehen :)
Da wir auch ein Wohnzimmer haben, ist das Einzugsdatum ein bisschen flexibler als oben angegeben. Milla wird am 2. Mai wegfahren, aber falls du dringend ab dem 1. Mai (oder früher) ein Zimmer brauchst und es zwischen uns passt, gibt es immer noch das Wohnzimmer - mit einer mäßig gemütlichen Couch - zum Überbrücken.

Important: FLINTA* people (women, lesbian, inter, non-binary, transgender, agender*) are preferred as new flatmates, but I don't want to exclude anyone, so you are also welcome to contact me if you don't belong to this group. However, a sensitive approach to sexism and trans hostility is important to me. The flat share should be a safe place for FLINTA* as much as possible :)
Since we also have a living room, the move-in date is a bit more flexible than stated above. Milla will disappear sometime in the first two weeks of May, but if you urgently need a room from May 1st and it fits between us, there is still the living room - with a moderately cozy couch - to bridge the gap.
