Das Zimmer im 1. Stock und frisch renoviert (Tapete + Fußboden), sieht also anders aus als auf den Bildern. Auch das Bild von der Küche ist noch älter. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert falls du aber einen Tisch Schrank oder Stuhl brauchst haben wir auch noch einen für dich in Keller den du benutzen kannst.
Das Haus liegt in Mahlsdorf und ist recht weit außerhalb dafür aber schön ruhig. Straßenbahn/Edeka/cleverfit ca. 10 Minuten zu fuß. Bäcker ca 5 Minuten zu füß. Bus zur U5 fährt direkt vor der Tür ab. Ca. 45 Minuten bis zum Alex.
Alternativ sind es mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten zur S3 oder S5
Den 1. Stock teilst du dir mit Lea(Studentin Soziale Arbeit) unten wohnen Peter(Maschinenbau), Alex(IT) und Nico(Verkersplanung). Wir trinken/kochen ab und zu gemeinsam in der Küche oder zocken im Partykeller.
Da wir erst vor 3 Monaten eingezogen sind konnten wir den Garten noch nicht richtig genießen.
