Die Wohnung liegt 10 min mit dem Rad von Innenstadt und Wiso entfernt. Berufsschule und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso der Stadtpark. U-Bahn Rennweg 3 Min zu Fuß
Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zi-Wohnung, die für eine Zweier-WG nutzbar ist. Aktuell ist die Wohnung unbewohnt, d.h. bei Interesse können Sie die Wohnung auch befristet alleine Mieten (natürlich zu einer höheren Miete) oder mir eine/n Mitbewohner vorstellen, der das kleinere Zimmer mietet (Kaltmiete ca. 390 Euro).
