The offered room is located in a 3-people shared flat. With almost 20 m^2 and three large windows the room is very spacious and filled with natural light. Yet, the interior rolling blinds allow for privacy while the exterior ones completely block the light for those who like sleeping in complete darkness. The room comes furnished with a desk, a wardrobe and a twin bed (not the bed in the pictures), all in matching white color, plus a desk chair. There's of course also room for your furniture and enough space in the cellar to store whatever you need.
The flat also has a recently-renovated kitchen with dishwasher, a big bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub plus a washing machine and two sinks, and a separate WC, which is very convenient. All of the rooms are connected by the hallway so you don't have to go through no one's space to reach them.
The flat is across the street from a bus station, where you can conveniently take buses 42 or 45. 45 is useful to go to Canstatt, and 42 will take you almost anywhere in the city, including Hbf (12 minutes) and Charlottenplatz (9 minutes). The closest supermarkets are Aldi (10 minutes walking or 2 minutes with the bus) and Rewe (5 minutes with the bus). The Gablenberger Hauptstraße is also a popular for its many restaurants, cafés and bars, so there's always something to visit.
You would live with Daniela, who is finishing her master thesis, and Samuel, who recently moved in and works as staff for big events like concerts in the Stadium. Everyone here is relaxed and likes to have their own space, while also keeping the common spaces clean.
Since my german is not great, I would prefer to show you the place in English, but Daniela and Samuel both speak native German and good English. For the appointments I have time mostly on the evenings after work, but simply write me a text so we can arrange a meeting. What else? The rent displayed here includes all services except the GEZ, so it's Warmmiete. The perfect moving in date would be mid April, but beginning of May is also possible. See you soon!
