We have 2 rooms available for rent in our 3 floor wg :)
The house is nice and spacious, the living room is very spacious with a floor-length window facade, the kitchen is big as well and there's a garden with a terrace.
The rent for a room is about 400€ on average, all costs included - but we would like to redistribute the rent according to everyone's financial possibilities.
In order to deal with the rent in a solidary way it is important to us to have open and honest communication about everyone's finances.
The deposit for a room is 823€. We can talk about other solutions if needed.+++
We have 2 rooms available
- One is available from May first.
- And one available from May the 15 th.
( We have some flexibility with the dates)
Sorry no pictures of the rooms as some of us are in the moving processes.
Both the rooms available for rent are on the second floor of the house.
The house is composed of 3 floors; each with it own bathroom and shower. The second floor has a bathtub / shower , with a regular and an italian shower head.
One of the room is 11 square meters, south facing, meaning it receives plenty of natural light throughout the day.
This room comes unfurnished. But we have a mattress you can use :)
The other room available comes furnished, it is 9 square meters, with a window view of the backyard.
This room has a built bunk bed that fits a 200×120cm mattress.
The bunk bed allows the room to be more spacious, as you don't need a closet, because the bunk bed has built in storage space and shelves underneath it.
Under the bunk bed is also a built in table that is foldable.
For both rooms, we have 1 or 2 extra mattress in the house that you can use if you need
free of charge of course, for your stay here (new mattresses, 200x100cm).

Frechen is well reachable- the stop for line 7 is about a 5-7 minute walk and the train S19 is about 15 minutes by bike and drives the entire night.

Frechen ist gut erreichbar - die Haltestelle der Linie 7 ist ca. 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die S19 ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt und fährt die ganze Nacht.

We are a group of 5 people looking for 1 more person for our cute
FLINTA* House WG in Frechen.
There are also 2 cute cats and a dog living with u.
All of us are fluent in english.
4 are fluent in german.
1 is fluent in arabic and french.
Now a little about us:
At the moment almost all of us are non-binary; one person is a cis woman; and the majority of us are white people born in Germany.
We are between 21 & 27 years old.
We want to chill in the sun in our blow-up pool, dance through the night, cook together, share clothes, build stuff, talk about our problems, psyches, politics, but also just about the newest gossip and
hang out on the sofas.
It's important to us that our WG is our home and safer space. We would like to go through our daily lives together a little.
We buy our food together (from communal money; only vegan- which doesn't mean
that we only buy super healthy stuff or expensive/fancy organic
things). We are also big fans of getting food for free.
When we are all hanging out together we mainly speak in English as one of us doesn't speak deutsch. So it important that you feel comfortable with English. ( none of us are native English speakers, including the roomate that doesn't speak DE, so no pressure 😊)
There will also be no cops, machos, nazis tolerated in our house.

FLINTA* Haus WG in Frechen.
Es leben auch 2 süße Katzen und ein Hund mit uns.
Alle von uns sprechen fließend Englisch.
4 sprechen fließend Deutsch.
1 spricht fließend arabisch und französisch.
Nun ein wenig über uns:
Im Moment sind fast alle nicht-binär; eine Person ist cis weiblich; und die Mehrheit von uns sind weiße Menschen, die in Deutschland geboren wurden. Wir sind zwischen 21 und 27 Jahre alt.
Wir wollen in der Sonne (wenn sie denn jemals wiederkommt) in unserem Aufblas-Pool chillen, die Nacht durchtanzen, zusammen kochen, Klamotten teilen, Sachen bauen, über unsere Probleme, Psyche, Politik, aber auch einfach nur über den neuesten Klatsch und Tratsch reden und auf den Sofas abhängen.
Für uns ist es wichtig, dass unsere WG unser Zuhause und unser safer space ist. Wir möchten unseren Alltag ein wenig gemeinsam bestreiten.
Wir kaufen unsere Lebensmittel gemeinsam ein (von gemeinsamem Geld; nur vegan - was nicht heißt
dass wir nur super gesunde Sachen oder teure/schicke Bio-Sachen kaufen). Wir sind auch große Fans davon, Essen umsonst zu bekommen.
In unserem Haus werden auch keine Bullen, Machos oder Nazis geduldet.
