Need a house for rent in Berlin with reasonable rent. Short term or long term.

I am coming from India on 22nd September . I was working in India for 2.5 years. Now, as I will be studying in Berlin, I am looking for a place to live. Something about me-
I am very fond of keeping my surroundings clean. I like people who are enthusiastic and logical. I am a very friendly person I make friends very easily.
I have been living alone away from my family for last 7 years now. I like to pay all my dues and Bills on time as it makes me bother a lot. I wish to be successful and making a lot of friends is Germany as well. I like to talk to people who are knowledgeable and I also like to learn about new culture when I travel. I like to travel a lot. I don’t like to party but I like to go out and tour many places. I am looking for any place that could accommodate me in Berlin for short term or long term till my education gets completed. I will be studying in HTW Berlin in Treskowallee. Please let me know if you have any places.
