Professional British Couple are looking for a long term flat to settle in.
We have been living in Temporary Ex-pat style apartments for the past year, and are searching for 3 or more rooms where we can buy our own furniture, and decorate as we choose.
Petrina studied Interior Design previously, and is happy to renovate or decorate an apartment, Tim is skilled at DIY.
We are a quiet couple, too old to party thesedays and want somewhere to relax in that we can take of.
We have all of our documents and would be happy to pay an increased payment or rent in advance.
Move in date is flexible but needs to be before mid November.
We can pay up to €1800 warm for the right apartment.
