Student seeking Room in Shared House/Appartment

Hello, I'm Richard. I'm 31 years old.

Coming from London, I'm going to begin a master's degree in Iranian Studies in Antiquity at Freie Universität next month and I'm hoping to find a room in a house or appartment in Berlin that I can move into by the 1st of October, 2022, preferably close to the universität. I speak English and Farsi. My German is currently weak, but I intend to become fluent.

I'm clean, organised, and I pay my bills on time. I'm studious, single and an excellent cook - particularly with regard to Persian food. My previous degrees are in Psychology (Royal Holloway) and International Management (SOAS, University of London). I've been to over 40 countries and I'm an entrepreneur in the hemp industry. I don't smoke.

I'm flexible with regard to the duration of stay, with the minimum being three months. I can make myself available to come and see the place should I recieve any offers, and do get in touch if you have any questions for me.
