Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut gelegen an der Hauptstraße, die durch den Ort führt. Es ist nicht laut, insbesondere die Zimmer nach hinten raus in den Garten sind sehr ruhig und man hört die Vögel zwitschern in den Bäumen.

The house is in a nice location right on a street that leads through the village. The traffic is not noisy, especially not in the rooms that face the back side towards the garden. You can hear the birds sing in the trees of the yard :)

There is a small front yard and a big yard that goes around one side of the house to the back. It's got 3 levels. There is a garden hut with tools, loan moaer, garden stools etc. There's also a nice little terrace wih a fire place and bbq.
Apotheke, Hausarzt, Kiosk (tägl. bis 23h geöffnet) und Bushaltestelle sind in 2-5 Gehminten erreichbar. Der Bus fährt bis 20h alle 15 Minuten und man ist in 8 Minuten an der Ihringshäuser Straße-Haltestelle in Kassel, von der aus man immer Anschluss mit der Tram hat, die in 12 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Parkplätze gibt es direkt in der Straße. Die Fulda ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar und ringsherum gibt es viele schöne Wälder. Im Ort ist auch ein Milchbauer, der Rohmilch, Käse- und andere Milcherzeugnisse sowie wochenends Kaffee und Kuchen anbietet. Verführerisch ist besonders der Verkaufsautomat, an dem man Tag und Nacht leckeres, hausgemachtes Eis kaufen kann. Es gibt außerdem eine Pizzeria, eine Gaststätte, zwei Hotels und einen Friseur im Ort. Unsere Nachbarn sind super nett und hilfsbereit.

There is a farmacy, doctor, small shop (open daily till 11pm) and a bus stop in 2-5 minutes walking from the house. The bus goes every 15min till 8pm. It takes you to Kassel Ihringshäuser Straße tram stop within 8 minutes. From there te tram is always waiting for you and takes you to the city center within 12 min. There are parking spots right by the house. The river Fulda is 5 minutes walking from the house and all around there are beautiful forrests. There is a dairy farm in Simmershausen. They offer cheese, raw milk and other dairy produtcs as well as coffee & cake on the weekends. Especially tempting is they're vending machine that sells delicious ice cream day and night. There is also a pizza place, a restaurant and two hotels and a hairdresser in Simmershausen. Our neighbours are really nice and always willing to help.
Rufen Sie gerne an oder schreiben Sie eine E-Mail. Ein paar Zeilen zu Ihnen (wer würde einziehen, was machen Sie beruflich usw.) wären nett. Wir suchen jemanden, der den Garten 1x alle 2 Wochen mäht. Es gibt einen Rasenmäher in der Gartenlaube. Wir haben etwas Gemüse und Obst, was geerntet werden könnte, aber nicht muss. Die Mülltonnen müssen alle paar Wochen abends vor die Tür gestellt werden, damit die Müllabfuhr sie einsammeln kann.

Please call us or send us an email. It would be nice to hear from you: What's your names, how old are you, what are you planning to do etc. We are looking for somebody who mows the loan every 2 weeks. There is a loan mower in the garden hut. We have some plants, fruits and veggies, you could harvest, but certainly don't have to. The garbage cans need to be put in fron of the house by the street every couple of weeks, so the service can get them.
